Covid-19

Due to the current global pandemic with COVID-19, orders might take longer than expected to reach their destinations, this is very much out of my control, so please keep an eye on your order during these times. I’ve also decided to limit shipping to Canada and the US for the time being. Hopefully this will change soon.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service for a flat rate of $12/item for shipping within Canada, and $30 for shipping to the USA. If you are interested in having an item shipped anywhere else outside of Canada and the USA, please get in touch with me to arrange shipping.

Domestic orders can take up to 3-10 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).

International orders can take up to 5-15 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).

If you’d rather come and collect your order, please use the ‘local pickup’ option during checkout and get in touch to arrange this. Customers in Toronto also have the option of local drop-off for a flat fee.

I will always aim to have purchases sent out as quickly as possible, but please allow for 3-5 days for processing and handling. This business is run solely by me – I pack, label and ship every item, and it can take some time. If there are unexpected delays in sending shipments out, I will be in touch. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with me, as well as the shipping company. I’ll always try my best to help the situation, but occasionally things can go missing, in which case we can arrange a refund or for a replacement to be sent out. This happens very rarely, and I deal with any instances of breakage and missing items on a case by case basis.

There may be import taxes or customs charges due for some items shipped internationally. Please keep in mind that these fees are the buyer’s responsibility, and you may need to pay them upon picking up your package.

Returns and Refunds

Full refunds can only be made before the order has been shipped. If you wish to return an item after you’ve received it, shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for items lost in the mail. If any item is damaged during shipping, please send a picture of the packaging along with the item, and we will determine if it is the fault of Canada Post.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
